To successfully apply for the Digital Gujarat Scholarship, we need documents are mandatory :

1. Photograph
2. Email and Mobile Number (must be active and accessible during login)
3. Mark sheets of Class 10, 11, and 12 (if available, otherwise the latest attempt’s mark sheet)
4. Upload of all post-Class 10 mark sheets
5. Caste certificate (for EWS, OBC, SC, ST categories)
6. Income certificate
7. Aadhar Card
8. Bank Passbook
9. Proof of fee payment (if applicable for fee exemption)
10. Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
11. Bonafide Certificate (if applicable)
12. School/College ID card (if available)
13. Hostel Certificate (if the student resides in a hostel)
14. Notarized Break Affidavit Certificate (for students with a gap of more than 1 year in education).

Who Can Apply for the Digital Gujarat Scholarship?

Students who have completed Class 10 and are continuing with courses such as Class 11 and 12, college, or ITI studies are eligible for the Digital Gujarat Scholarship. The application is open for both renewal and fresh applicants.

How do you fill out the Digital Gujarat Scholarship Form?

To fill out the Digital Gujarat Scholarship form, follow the steps provided below:

1. Firstly, visit the Digital Gujarat website.- https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/
2. Register and log in to your account.
3. Upon logging in, click ‘Services’ and ‘Scholarship Services.’
4. Next, click ‘Request A New Service’ or ‘Renew.’
5. Once done, click ‘Continue to Services.’
6. The ‘Registration Details’ page will open; fill in accurate information and click ‘Save And Next.’
7. Then, upload documents in the ‘Bank Details,’ ‘Academic Details,’ ‘Disability Details,’ and ‘Attachment’ sections and save the draft.
8. Now, click on the above checkbox to ‘Verify Mobile Number.’
9. After confirming the OTP, click ‘Confirm And Final Submit.’ Your Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2022-23 form will be submitted.
10. You can now print and submit your form to your school or college.

Note: Keep the new IFSC code (if changed to Bank of Baroda) handy for students with bank accounts.

If any modifications are needed after submitting the Digital Gujarat Scholarship form or as instructed by the college, first print a draft (rough print), make the necessary changes, and only submit the final form. Ensure the final submission is completed before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience.
